Fejiro Adaka – The Lighthouse, is a Certified Peak Performance and Master Results Coach Coach and Co-founder of Carfel Solutions Limited (CSL). She is a Certified Emotional Intelligence and  Transformational Life Coach with Pause Factory,  the only West African Partner to Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network USA.  Fondly called MrSparkles, She is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Kicking off her career which she started over 15 years ago, She strategically sailed through as Regional Treasury Manager for Vodacom Business Africa (Nig) and has grown over the years into her current role as an Exceptional leader, Coach, Trainer and Mentor. Her unique leadership experience in the workplace combined with her various training over the years has positioned and helped her work with high-achieving professionals, C-Suite Executives and business ownership towards integrating personal aspirations with an aligned vision backed by core values that manifest peak performance in their personal and professional lives.

Enahoro Okhae

MD, Pause Factory & CEO, GIGM

Enahoro Okhae is the Managing Director of Pause Factory; Africa’s Premier Organizational Development Company that leverages Emotional Intelligence Application and Performance Management Solutions to drive Organizational Transformation. He is the Co-founder of GlobalCerts & Strategy; the only West African Delivery Partner to The KPI Institute in Australia and the Chief Managing Consultant of Simeon’s Pivot Resources.

Pause Factory is presently the only West African Partner to Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network USA. With an educational background as an Accountant and Business Administration. He is a Human Resource Consultant, a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Trainer, a Certified Life Coach, a Certified and Licensed Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Certified EQ Assessor (EQPC & EQA) by Six Seconds; the largest Emotional Intelligence Network worldwide and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner.

He is a Certified KPI Professional, Certified KPI Practitioner and an official Trainer of The KPI Institute in Australia which makes him an authority in Performance Management. Enahoro is also a Certified Management Consultant by the Institute of Management Consultant where he is also a Fellow of the Institute.

As a Life Coach, he focuses on Peak Performance, Emotional Mastery and Relationship Coaching.

Maro Egbedi

Chartered Accountant & Finance Advisor

Maro Egbedi is a Chartered accountant with over six (6) years’ experience offering corporate finance services such as due diligence, valuation and modeling, business plans and feasibility studies to a wide range of clients across various sectors. She has had the opportunity to work with Deloitte & Touche and Ernst and Young. 

In her current role as a Manager at Andersen Nigeria, she works with the senior management in executing and delivering on all financial advisory projects to ensure that relevant solutions are proffered to her clients and the transaction objectives are met. She is also the Chief Operating Officer at Carfel Solutions.

Dolly Ohanyere

HR Consultant, Lawyer & Life Coach

Dolly Ohanyere, affectionately known as Coach Dee, is a Self-Mastery Coach who is renowned for guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through a profound exploration of their values, beliefs, strengths, and weaknesses, she empowers them to unlock their full potential and lead purposeful lives.

She is a Lawyer and Human Resource Professional spanning more than 14 years across diverse industries, a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) and an Emotional Intelligence Life Coach.

Chinonye Nwabuwa

Business Analyst

Where processes and workflow are not seamless, you bet to find Chinonye Nwabuwa there looking to resolve and think through workable solutions to administrative problems. Chinonye is a seasoned business analyst with 7+ years of experience in administration. Very passionate about process optimization, people management and product outcome. With a proven track record of delivering results in various roles, including technical coordination, administration and corporate services. Her expertise in data entry,document management, and customer service has enabled me to successfully support a variety of organizational needs.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics from Imo State University, Certified Designated Person Ashore from DNVGL and trained Business Analyst. When she is not excelling in her professional endeavors, you can find her indulging in culinary adventures, reviewing documents for some business individuals or constantly seeking to expand her perspective and inspire her persona;l and professional journey.

Damola Onakade

Business Strategist

Damola Onakade is a seasoned business professional with over 13 years of experience in information technology, supply chain consulting and business strategy. As a board member, Damola brings a wealth of expertise in strategy, business growth and governance. His robust background includes notable achievements such as enabling multi-million dollars in revenue through key supply chain readiness metrics at cisco systems inc., Damola holds advanced degrees from Yale School of Management and Lagos Business school, reflecting his  commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning.
